2. Engraved jewelry is not refundable nor is eligible for an exchange. Please ensure that the text and the ring size are correct before completing the check out process to avoid additional charges.

3. Our rule of thumb for free engraving is 65 characters/letters, including spaces. Please try to fit your free engraved message within 65 characters or this may prolong the estimated time to complete your order. If we do encounter a problem with the message’s length, a customer service representative will contact you.

4. Complimentary free engraving is only valid on the inside of the rings and for Gold and Platinum Rings Only. Other metals such as silver and stainless are not eligible for this discount. Valued customers that desire engraving on the outside as well must call us for a quote.
