We've had trouble getting the staff at weddingringsdepot to fix the obvious imperfections in the ring. We've shipped it back a number of times and the ring comes back to us with the same problems. We have resorted to taking the ring to a local jeweler to have uneven prongs and visibly crooked diamond setting fixed. It is less costly to go this route than to pay shipping and the quoted costs of weddingringsdepot to fix the imperfections and flaws the ring has. Ryan in customer service stated that the ring was looked at by the best jewlers in L.A. but these jewelers failed to see the problems that were seen by all of the several jewelers that we brought the ring to here in Reno/Sparks area. Because of time consuming wedding plans and everyday life we have decided to get the issues taken care of ourselves.
